General Summary
Routine Facilitator III is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to establish a productive, high-performing, and safety-focused work environment. This role drives continuous improvement through the application of Gerdau Business System (GBS) principles, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, production, cost control, quality, and people management within the assigned area or cell of responsibility.

Responsible for ensuring routine management processes are consistently followed and that opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and production methods are identified and implemented. This position drives standardization efforts across the assigned area and supports continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, auditing, and training.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting needs assessments and supporting production and quality improvement programs.
Leading 5S initiatives and facilitating improvements in workplace organization and efficiency.
Supporting the development and implementation of cost reduction and environmental control objectives.
Developing and enhancing preventive maintenance and safety management processes and procedures.
Managing standardization documentation, including:
Process Control Standards
Management Standards
Routine Procedures
Job Aids
One-Point Lessons
Process Guarantee Tables
Ensuring standards are properly documented, communicated, and understood through effective employee training.
Conducting compliance audits, documenting findings, and implementing corrective actions to improve operational performance.
Leading Failure Analysis activities during significant operational issues and comparing performance against established standards.
Updating standards as necessary based on audit results, process improvements, and operational requirements.
Promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement through effective communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and employee development.
The successful candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills, be results-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage employees while driving operational excellence.
