Position Summary
Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Analyze equipment data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure preventive maintenance work orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Support equipment installations, modifications, capital projects, and process improvements.
- Maintain equipment documentation, drawings, reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Train and support maintenance team members and coordinate work activities as needed.
- Monitor KPIs, including downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Follow all safety, environmental, quality, 5S, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
