    Description

    We are seeking a mechanic to join our team. We provide all necessary training for repair equipment and supply all required tools. Our mechanics benefit from an excellent work environment, stable work hours, and a strong work-life balance.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in component-level repair of machinery.
    • Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of associated parts.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Manual machining experience with lathe, mill, etc., is a strong plus.

    Job Duties:

    • Learn repair techniques under the supervision of a senior technician.
    • Disassemble and clean parts.
    • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components.
    • Compile Bill of Materials (BOM) for necessary repairs.
    • Provide reports on "as-found" and "as-built" conditions.
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.
    • Follow established policies and procedures for equipment repair and shop workflow.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the evaluation and rebuild process.
    • Assist with pickup and delivery of customer equipment as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience of 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, BOMs, and technical drawings.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
