Maintenance Mechanic - 1st & 2nd Shift

Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support the reliable operation of their equipment and facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
2nd Shift: 5:30 PM-2:00 AM

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
-Diagnose equipment issues using electrical testing tools, PLCs, schematics, and other diagnostic methods.
-Perform welding, fabrication, painting, and general facility maintenance as needed.
-Maintain accurate maintenance records in a CMMS and support maintenance projects while following all safety procedures.



Requirements

-Hands-on maintenance experience with strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
-Working knowledge of electrical systems and ability to use testing equipment such as an ohmmeter.
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
-Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferences

-Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Prior supervisory or team-lead experience and strong customer service skills.
