  • Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and general shop activities as needed.

  • Read and interpret shop drawings to support manufacturing and maintenance activities.

  • Communicate proactively regarding equipment conditions, maintenance needs, and production support.

  • Work collaboratively with a small manufacturing team to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a metal fabrication or welding shop.

  • Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery, including preventive maintenance inspections.

  • High school diploma with an emphasis on machine shop, wood shop, or metal shop.

  • Strong basic math and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

  • Ability to work independently and manage maintenance responsibilities without constant supervision.

  • Willingness to perform production, warehouse, inventory, and other general shop duties when needed.

  • Dependable attendance, proactive communication, and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trade school education or a two-year degree in metal shop or a related technical field.

  • At least two years of supervisory experience.

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Broad experience supporting multiple functions within a metal fabrication or manufacturing facility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $30–$34 per hour

  • Employment: Direct Hire

  • Shift: 1st Shift

  • Schedule: Typically finished by 3:00 PM
