Maintenance Mechanic

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems. Ability to stand, walk, and work in an industrial environment for extended periods.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Pay rate:  $22-29 hr depending on experience
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd or 3rd shift to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support the safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, setups, and changeovers.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Support continuous improvement and facility maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in an industrial environment for extended periods.
