We are an established manufacturing company looking for a hands on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our production operation. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of flexographic printing and converting equipment while also assisting with additional operational and facility responsibilities based on experience.

Job Details
We need someone mechanically strong who is comfortable troubleshooting production machinery and taking ownership of preventative maintenance, repairs, and spare parts. The ideal candidate has experience with flexographic printing, converting, printing, packaging, or similar manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain 15 flexographic printing presses and 5 additional converting machines
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and equipment related issues
Maintain an organized inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
Identify replacement parts and ensure commonly needed components remain in stock
Work directly with machine operators to identify recurring equipment problems
Make equipment adjustments and repairs to improve reliability and production performance
Maintain maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedules
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
Support general facility and manufacturing needs when equipment maintenance workload is light
Take on additional responsibilities based on individual experience and technical strengths
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
