Required skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience in general building maintenance/repair, washing windows, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- Experience in general plumbing maintenance/repair, changing fixtures, and addressing blocked toilets
- Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair, changing filters, and flushing lines
- Experience in electrical maintenance/repair, changing light switches, bulbs, and troubleshooting
- Experience in renovations, patching holes, caulking, and painting
- Experience using general lawn maintenance equipment, including climbing a ladder, using trimmers and mowing, and chain saws
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, washing, and properly inflating tire pressures
