Shift or Schedule Requirements (Exact times may vary slightly):- 1 First Shift opening: ~6:30–7:00 AM to 3:00–3:30 PM
2 Second Shift openings: ~3:30 PM to Midnight
2 Third Shift openings: ~11:00 PM/Midnight to 7:00 AM
Compensation:$25–$35/hr ($52,000–$62,400 annually); up to $35/hr ($72,800) for advanced technical experience

3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields are required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good mechanical aptitude
Tig and stick welding skills a plus
Thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes, read and understand electrical schematics.
Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment and especially must be able to interface and communicate with line operators in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
Computer experience/operation and an understanding of PLC operation are necessary.
Must be able to handle multiple projects/repairs simultaneously
Must have knowledge of machining and assembly practices, tools and fixtures
Must have complete knowledge of shop operations
This position requires an organized individual, who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Must Have:
3–5 years of hands-on experience across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment including PLCs, variable speed AC drives, power supplies, gearboxes, and pumps
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and use diagnostic instruments
Computer experience and working knowledge of PLC operation
Knowledge of machining, assembly practices, tools, fixtures, and shop operations
Nice to Have:
Food manufacturing background (preferred but not required)
TIG and stick welding skills
