Maintenance Mechanic
Job Location: Napa, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $38-$42/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical and mechanical skills? Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic (Electrical) to support hands on maintenance and facilities operations. This position is approximately 75% maintenance and 25% facilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, run, and implement a Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment and identify issues
- Work safely with 480V electrical systems
- Perform hands on maintenance, repairs, and equipment adjustments
- Remove, replace, and install parts on equipment
- Replace and maintain heaters, boilers, pumps, and other equipment
- Operate equipment such as drill presses and miter saws
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Experience Required:
- 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience with the required skills
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Comfortable safely working with 480V
- Experience developing and following preventative maintenance schedules
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Proficient with a variety of hand tools
- Experience using a drill press and miter saw
- Metal soldering experience
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
