Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities: -Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and relocate a variety of manufacturing equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, furnaces, machine tools, and production machinery. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, and plumbing systems using technical drawings, schematics, and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities:

-Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and relocate a variety of manufacturing equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, furnaces, machine tools, and production machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, and plumbing systems using technical drawings, schematics, and precision measuring tools.
- Complete equipment installations, rigging, alignment, welding, fabrication, and general facility maintenance including carpentry and masonry as needed.




Requirements:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting industrial machinery, motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, rigging, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance is highly preferred.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, forklifts, cranes, and other maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary, and follow all company safety procedures.
