Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining industrial production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of industrial and facility equipment.
· Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete work orders/documentation.
· Read and troubleshoot using schematics, blueprints, prints, and electrical diagrams.
· Repair and maintain automated CNC machine tools.
· Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
· Support outside contractors and maintain 5S standards.
· Follow all safety procedures and requirements.
· Work flexible hours as needed.
Required Experience & Education
· High School Diploma/GED + 7 years of relevant experience, OR
· 2-Year Technical Degree/Certificate + 5 years of relevant experience.
· Relevant experience may include:Industrial Maintenance, Automated Systems, Pneumatic/Electronic Controls, HVAC, Welding, Fluid Power, Mechanical Maintenance
· Valid Driver's License required.
