    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic III
    Duration: Temp-to-Hire
    Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301
    Pay Rate:$25.28/hour on W2
    Shift: Must be able to work all shifts:

    • Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
    • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
    • Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
    Important Information
    • Training will be conducted on the day shift for 2 3 weeks.
    • This is a union site, and schedules are assigned based on operational needs.
    • Candidates must be fully cleared before starting.
    • Interviews are required.
    • Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
    Job Summary

    The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for providing mechanical and electrical maintenance support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment installation, and machine maintenance to ensure safe and reliable production operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
    • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
    • Work with motors, drives, pumps, relays, servos, PLCs, and power transmission systems.
    • Maintain maintenance records using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
    • Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    • Support equipment installation and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies.
    • Work independently and as part of the maintenance team.
    Required Qualifications
    • 2 3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance or automation troubleshooting experience.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
    • Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints.
    • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work independently in a professional manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Military maintenance experience.
    • Technical or vocational school training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
