As the Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital equipment and building components. Working alongside the Engineering Manager, you will diagnose problems, offer solutions, and act to ensure the safety, care, and comfort of staff and patients.
Experience
1 year experience in a large commercial industrial or health care facility as an electrician, HVAC and Plant Operator, or plumber with general and structural maintenance, modification, renovation and interior construction Preferred
Previous experience in general maintenance in a hospital or similar institution– preferred
Education
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Technical, Vocational or other equivalent education–preferred
Certifications
Licensed or certified in HVAC, Electrical, Plant Operations or Maintenance field– preferred
