Shift: Primarily 3rd Shift (9:45 PM 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $27 to $35 per hr on w2

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to maintain various types of manufacturing machinery.

Candidates with experience in corrugated manufacturing, paper mills, or industrial production environments are highly preferred.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.

• Repair conveyor systems, chains, gears, bearings, and power transmission equipment.

• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts and tools as needed.

• Minimize equipment downtime and support production reliability.

• Follow workplace safety and maintenance procedures.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Knowledge of conveyors, gears, chains, bearings, and power transmission equipment.

• Ability to perform hands-on repairs across different types of machinery.

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

• Experience in corrugated manufacturing, paper mills, or industrial production.

• Preventive maintenance experience and familiarity with older industrial equipment.

• Fabrication, welding, boiler, forklift, or rigging experience.
