    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and reliability of facility and production equipment used in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, troubleshoot equipment efficiently, and respond to production downtime in a safe and timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
    • Respond to equipment downtime and complete repairs with minimal disruption to production
    • Perform and schedule preventive maintenance activities
    • Support new equipment launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Diagnose and repair machine controls and electrical systems
    • Source replacement parts while considering cost, lead time, and quality
    • Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and service representatives on repairs
    • Reassemble machinery following repairs and verify proper operation
    • Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and repair documentation
    • Install and replace machine components to production specifications
    • Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, and ventilation
    • Repair and reroute facility utilities, including electrical, air, and water lines
    • Repair shop equipment and hand tools as needed
    • Assist with building, modifying, or rebuilding production equipment

    Qualifications

    • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
    • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
    • Basic math skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks
