Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role requires strong electrical experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including conveyors, motors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Document repairs and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical skills, including wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and PLC knowledge.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Technical certification or equivalent experience preferred.
