Maintenance Mechanic
$28–$30/hour | Day Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule
We are hiring 2 Maintenance Mechanics for an established food packaging manufacturer. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who can maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial production equipment.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Every other weekend off
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Repair and replace motors, bearings, belts, conveyors, and other mechanical components.
- Support production teams with equipment reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Food packaging or similar manufacturing experience is preferred.
Compensation:
- $28–$30/hour, depending on experience.
- 12-hour day shifts.
- Full-time opportunity.
