Maintenance Mechanic- Construction

dismantle devices to gain access to and remove and repair/replace defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools. check fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions.

PAY STARTS AT $27 - $36.05 hr based on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machines and tools
• inspect drives, motors, belts, etc.; check fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions
• clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work
• dismantle devices to gain access to and remove and repair/replace defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools
• perform manual labor
• maintains proper inventory of required parts
