Maintenance Technician

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, installation, welding, dismantling, and rebuilding of production and facility equipment, including conveyors, power presses, shafts, gears, pulleys, clutches, and hoists.
-Troubleshoot, disassemble, reassemble, overhaul, and replace worn or damaged components using blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
-Perform preventive maintenance, maintain accurate service records, and support equipment upgrades, repairs, and facility projects.
-Work with internal teams and outside contractors while following all applicable safety procedures and supporting reliable plant operations.
Required Skills & Experience
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent and strong mechanical aptitude.
-Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, safety procedures, and technical documentation.
-Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
-Safety-conscious, self-motivated, dependable, and able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-3+ years of mechanical trade, maintenance, or related manufacturing experience, particularly with stamping equipment and machinery.
-Experience with deep-draw stamping, preventive maintenance systems, forklift operation, confined-space procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Compensation & Benefits
$26.00-$38.00 per hour
