This Monday-Friday, day shift position gives you the stability you want while placing you at the center of essential facility operations.

Each day brings the opportunity to keep critical building systems running at their best-whether you're troubleshooting pumps and motors, fine tuning heating and cooling equipment, or ensuring plumbing, electrical, and structural systems perform safely and efficiently. You'll be the person the team counts on to spot issues early, solve problems quickly, and help maintain an environment where life changing work can happen. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to grow your career with a Fortune 500 leader, this role offers a chance to make a real impact.

    • Perform daily monitoring and upkeep of critical facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the site.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, belts, and rotating machinery.
    • Complete scheduled PM tasks to reduce downtime and extend the life of facility equipment.
    • Perform precision alignments on rotating equipment to reduce wear, prevent failures, and extend equipment life.
    • Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs.
    • Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.
    • Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
    • Review inspection of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

    What You'll Need

    • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification is preferred. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

    • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
    • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
    • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
