Position Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Trinity Health facilities by performing preventive maintenance, repair, and servicing of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role assists with grounds upkeep and responds to departmental service requests to help maintain a functional, comfortable, and compliant environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Working as part of a collaborative facilities team, the Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots mechanical issues, responds to service calls, and supports fleet vehicle maintenance as assigned. Through consistent attention to safety standards, teamwork, and quality workmanship, the position contributes to dependable daily operations and a well-maintained care environment.
