730pm to 730am or 730am to 730pm
General Job Function:
The maintenance technician is responsible for completing a variety of nonroutine and complex tasks relating to engineering projects and machine breakdowns with minimal supervision. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems. Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. This position requires him/her to have a commitment to continuing his/her education in the related technical field.
Essential Function:
- Must have a complete understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, with areas of strength emphasized in the electrical/electronics aspect.
- Must have the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair both non-routine and/or complex equipment failures.
- Must have a complete understanding of AC & DC electronics, systems, and components. Including the ability to troubleshoot AC & DC circuitry, components, PLCs, motor drives, and automated equipment systems.
- Must be able to plumb in piping for air, water, and other types of piping systems. This includes threaded, welded, and other types of connectors needed for such installations and repairs.
- Must be able to lay out and weld steel framework for the construction of engineering projects in accordance with plans, design, and/or other specifications.
- Must be willing to work in a team environment and assist in all areas of production.
