Maintenance Manager

Food & Beverage Manufacturing | Orange County, CA

A growing food and beverage manufacturer in Orange County is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to support production through preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate will have food or beverage manufacturing experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience working with conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and hydraulic systems. PLC knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
• Minimize downtime while supporting safe, efficient operations.
• Complete repairs and equipment setups accurately and safely.
• Partner with production to maintain equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and hydraulics.
• PLC experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $40–$50/hour
• Comprehensive benefits package
