    Maintenance Manager
    Full-time | On-site | Manufacturing Facility

    A well-established manufacturing operation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the lead on plant maintenance, facility support, and team development. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving reliability, safety, and efficiency across a fast-paced, 3-shift production environment.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Managing and developing a skilled maintenance team in a 24/7 operation

    • Leading maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

    • Coordinating equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs

    • Overseeing facility projects and managing outside contractors/trades

    • Troubleshooting complex equipment issues and stepping in when needed

    • Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with safety standards

    • Tracking maintenance performance, controlling costs, and managing departmental budgets

    • Implementing and improving SOPs aligned with ISO and lean manufacturing practices

    What Were Looking For:

    • 6+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (injection molding or plastics preferred)

    • 5+ years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment

    • Strong hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, vacuum systems, and plumbing

    • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking/reporting software

    • Experience managing schedules, priorities, and performance in a high-volume operation

    • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, lean principles, and ISO standards

    • Strong communication and team leadership skills

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments that require standing, walking, bending, and reaching

    • Indoor facility setting with occasional exposure to seasonal temperatures
