Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations for stamping and weld assembly production areas.
• Develop and mentor maintenance supervisors, coordinators, and technicians.
• Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
• Lead root cause analysis and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, staffing, training, and spare parts inventory.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and automation improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to achieve plant objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting background in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement programs.

Preferred Technical Experience

Stamping Operations

• Large press systems
• Pneumatic, vacuum and hydraulic systems
• Servo drives and VFDs
• Mitsubishi PLCs
• Press automation and transfer systems

Weld Assembly Operations

• Industrial robotics (Fanuc, Nachi, Motoman, etc.)
• Resistance spot welding
• Omron PLCs
• Automation controls and industrial wiring
