Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Facility Management for Mortgage Matchup Center while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team:

Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative work environmentOversee all engineering operations, including HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systemsManage daily engineering operations including mechanical upgrades, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenanceUtilize CMMS (MaintainX or similar) to track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and system performanceEnsure all systems comply with safety regulations and operational standardsAid with engineering coverage for events, ensuring facility readiness and rapid response to operational issuesDevelop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment life, energy efficiency, and reliabilityCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for maintenance projects and system improvementsMaintain organized documentation for all systems, projects, and maintenance activitiesOther duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience leading a team in facilities or engineering management within large, complex facilitiesStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systemsProficient in CMMS and preventive maintenance planningExceptional organizational, leadership, and project management skillsSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions independentlyStrong communication and team-building skills

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or related fieldExperience providing engineering support for large events or high-occupancy facilitiesKnowledge of energy management, sustainability, and safety compliance standards
