Maintenance Manager

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: New Haven, CT area

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years’ Maintenance experience with Food Processing and Packaging equipment.
• Hands-on to Troubleshoot and Repair: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
• PLC Experience: electrical distribution, Conveyors and VFD controls in an industrial setting,
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical and pneumatic drawings, safety rules, operations manual, and written instructions.
• Knowledge of Welding & Fabricating, Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Facilities and Grounds maintenance
• Maintain the CMMS: create and implement a Preventative Maintenance, Purchase Order, and Parts Management programs.
• Develop and maintain Vendor relationships and order materials and supplies as required.
• Supervise, train and mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians.
