Heavy Industrial Operations
The Role
We’re seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role owns preventive maintenance strategy, team leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across mobile and fixed equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life
- Partner with operations to plan and schedule maintenance aligned with production demands
- Monitor equipment performance, diagnose recurring issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices
- Manage maintenance operating and capital budgets, including forecasting and cost control
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
What You Bring
- Technical degree in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related field
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a heavy industrial or mobile equipment environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning tools
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and operate under pressure
