Maintenance Manager Metal Forming (1st Shift)

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager with roll forming experience (required) to lead equipment maintenance and drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the President/CEO.

Location: Bow, NH | Full-Time

Salary: Depends on experience

Relocation: $15,000 (lump sum)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise 2 employees (1st & 2nd shift)
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal forming equipment
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to increase uptime
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and prioritize daily repairs
• Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors
• Drive a strong safety and accountability culture

Qualifications

• Required: Roll forming or metal forming equipment experience
• Prior leadership experience (small team)
• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on approach
• Experience with industrial equipment such as presses, lathes, welding, grinding, and similar machinery
• Familiarity with control systems (AMS, Beck, ASC, or comparable systems is a plus)
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance and multi-shift support
• Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive change
