Maintenance Manager

This role develops the maintenance team, establishes preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinates repairs and capital work, manages resources and vendors, and drives continuous improvement in equipment performance, regulatory compliance, and cost control. The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and supporting systems are safe, reliable, and available for production.
