- Manage manufacturing assets and facility upkeep
- Oversee maintenance budgets and resources
- Supervise, train, and develop technicians
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Support capital projects and equipment installations
- Minimize downtime through rapid issue resolution

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment
- 5+ years as a supervisor
