The Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced heavy industrial setting, responsible for equipment reliability and maintenance operations.
Ideal candidates will have a technical degree in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related fields, with 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in heavy industrial or mobile equipment environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with experience using CMMS tools, is required. Proven team leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate under pressure are essential.
