Maintenance Manager - Frozen Food Distributor

Large frozen food distribution company in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role leads facility and equipment maintenance across all shifts, including oversight of the site's ammonia refrigeration systems

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day facility and equipment maintenance operations
• Supervise maintenance technicians
• Manage and maintain the facility's ammonia refrigeration systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and equipment repairs

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience managing or supervising a maintenance team
• Hands on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
• Experience maintaining general facility equipment and systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)
• Ammonia refrigeration certification
• Ability to work 1st shift while overseeing 2nd and 3rd shift staff

Schedule: 1st shift, with responsibility for maintenance staff on 2nd and 3rd shift
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience
Employment Type: Direct hire
