Maintenance Manager (Direct Hire)

• Direct and manage the daily activities of Technicians across multiple shifts
  
• Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures
  
• Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
  
• Implement training programs to improve work performance
  
• Participate in budgeting and capital projects
  
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement teams
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
  
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
  
• PLC knowledge required
  
• Must have experience with Welders/Robots
