- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work and oversee the management of projects or contractors.
- Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Management of the Building Management System (BMS).
- Management of the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
- Available to be on call 24/7 for emergency equipment and facilities failures.
- Hands on work with projects and or troubleshooting.
- Management of the CMMS software.
Supervisory Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead employees of the maintenance department.
Qualifications: - Excellent electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
- Experience with Auto Cad or similar program.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA79, OSHA Regulations.
Education and/or Experience: - A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering is preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Prior experience with cGMP, ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 are preferred.
- 5-10 years of work experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- 3-5 years managing maintenance staff and contractors.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Language/Communication Skills: Ability to read and write and follow written work instructions. Computer Skills: - SOLIDWORKS and/or AutoCAD preferred.
