Maintenance ManagerOur client is a well-established manufacturer with a strong footprint in Northeast Ohio, operating in a fast-paced production environment. They are investing in equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and reliability engineering to support long-term growth.Job DescriptionLead all maintenance and reliability functions across the plant. Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Reduce downtime and improve equipment performance (OEE). Manage maintenance team, scheduling, and training. Partner with operations to support production goals. Oversee CMMS utilization and maintenance data tracking. Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.
