Responsibilities include patching, painting, appliance repairs, routine plumbing and electrical repairs, preparing units for new residents, and managing maintenance operations and vendor relationships.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of maintenance experience, and technical skills in trades. Preferred qualifications include certifications and NSPIRE inspection experience.
Knowledge and skills needed are teamwork, problem-solving, communication, reading blueprints, and overseeing contractors.
