· Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in hydraulics, electronics, tooling, automotive repair; building management system knowledge; familiar with standard maintenance metrics such as MTBF and OEE; Mold Flow SPC Data.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to learn new software as needed; Work Order software.
