Maintenance Manager

• Manage daily maintenance activities and establish priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Oversee and improve preventive maintenance using MaintainX.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and address the root causes.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate outside contractors when needed.
• Work with production to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance work.
• Ensure equipment is maintained safely and properly.

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with 240V/480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs without relying on outside contractors for routine issues.
• Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
