Position Overview
Consistent with corporate objectives and world-class manufacturing principles, the Maintenance Manager provides leadership to effectively manage maintenance functions within a gypsum wallboard and plaster manufacturing plant. This position oversees the physical plant-including buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment-ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and fire prevention standards.
The Maintenance Manager collaborates with the Engineering team to implement robust maintenance programs that leverage advanced technology and predictive maintenance strategies.
