Maintenance Manager Department: Maintenance/Engineering Location: Carol Stream, IL Type: Full-time Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and developing the maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility assets. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support production goals, resolve equipment-related issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Manager oversees preventive maintenance programs, manages department budgets and resources, monitors key performance indicators, and identifies opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs. Additionally, this position serves as a key liaison between Maintenance and Engineering to coordinate contractor activities, capital projects, and strategic maintenance initiatives that support the site’s long-term operational objectives.
