    Maintenance Manager

    Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus

    In-Person | Manufacturing Environment


    Preferred Industry Background

    Experience within food, beverage, dairy, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-volume facility focused on operational excellence, equipment uptime, and team development.


    This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building strong maintenance teams, and driving measurable improvements across plant operations.


    Essential Duties

    • Lead all daily maintenance operations for plant equipment and facility systems
    • Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel
    • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
    • Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, equipment history, and maintenance planning
    • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions
    • Troubleshoot and support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and automated systems
    • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
    • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
    • Partner closely with Production and Operations leadership to improve plant performance
    • Oversee maintenance inventory, spare parts management, and repair documentation
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, efficiency, and cost reduction
    • Support budgeting, vendor management, and capital projects
    • Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, safety, and company standards


    Qualifications:

    • Leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
    • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
    • Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and industrial facility systems
    • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platforms
    • Experience supporting conveyors, motors, pumps, HVAC systems, and high-speed production equipment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
    • Technical degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience preferred
