Maintenance Manager
Salary $100,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Upstate NY
We’re looking for a strong Maintenance Manager who can lead a maintenance organization toward a more proactive, reliability-focused operation. This Maintenance Manager role is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings technical maintenance expertise, accountability, and the ability to successfully implement change.
What You’ll Do as the Maintenance Manager:
- Drive proactive reliability and downtime reduction.
- Implement and improve maintenance processes, policies, and procedures.
- Strengthen CMMS, MRO, and parts management processes.
- Lead change initiatives and build a more proactive maintenance organization.
- Manage smaller capital equipment implementation projects.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop the team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Manager role:
- At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in food & beverage.
- Strong technical maintenance and organizational experience.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Demonstrated success implementing organizational and process changes.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and change-management skills.
- Resilient leader who is willing to learn and continue developing.
