We're partnering with a rapidly growing beverage manufacturer in the Fullerton, CA area that's looking to add a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and help support the company's continued expansion. Since launching in 2019, the company has become a trusted co-packing partner for a wide variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, ready-to-drink cocktails, and functional beverages. As production continues to grow, they're looking for a leader who can build upon a strong maintenance culture and drive equipment reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased equipment reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with:
• • Conveyors
  • Fillers
  • Packaging equipment
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred (programming experience is a plus but not required).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and employee safety.
