Maintenance Manager – Key Role
Lead reliability + maintenance strategy for a growing manufacturing operation. Drive equipment uptime, improvements, and support new technologies through strong leadership and continuous development of the maintenance team.
Core Responsibilities
- Champion Safety + drive EHS compliance across the facility
- Support / exceed goals for Quality, Production & Cost performance
- Lead + develop maintenance team; set clear goals & ongoing skill development
- Improve equipment reliability using RCA, data analysis & PM programs
- Audit + enhance Preventive Maintenance + facility inspections
- Evaluate equipment performance; identify lifecycle needs + cost-saving opportunities
- Manage maintenance + capital budgets
- Oversee machinery, tooling, fixtures, facility modifications & equipment upgrades
- Lead cross-functional teams + communicate effectively at all levels
- Build + track actionable maintenance/reliability metrics
What You Bring
- 7+ yrs experience in maintenance / reliability / project leadership in manufacturing
- Strong leadership + ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
- Experience with industrial equipment used in forming, threading, heating, packaging of steel (preferred)
- Working knowledge of electrical systems 600V + PLC exposure (nice-to-have)
- Familiar with maintenance workflows: planning/scheduling, lubrication, vibration/thermal analysis, RCA
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CMMS, and CAD
- Excellent communication + team-oriented mindset
