Maintenance Manager – Key Role

Lead reliability + maintenance strategy for a growing manufacturing operation. Drive equipment uptime, improvements, and support new technologies through strong leadership and continuous development of the maintenance team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Champion Safety + drive EHS compliance across the facility
  • Support / exceed goals for Quality, Production & Cost performance
  • Lead + develop maintenance team; set clear goals & ongoing skill development
  • Improve equipment reliability using RCA, data analysis & PM programs
  • Audit + enhance Preventive Maintenance + facility inspections
  • Evaluate equipment performance; identify lifecycle needs + cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage maintenance + capital budgets
  • Oversee machinery, tooling, fixtures, facility modifications & equipment upgrades
  • Lead cross-functional teams + communicate effectively at all levels
  • Build + track actionable maintenance/reliability metrics

What You Bring

  • 7+ yrs experience in maintenance / reliability / project leadership in manufacturing
  • Strong leadership + ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
  • Experience with industrial equipment used in forming, threading, heating, packaging of steel (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems 600V + PLC exposure (nice-to-have)
  • Familiar with maintenance workflows: planning/scheduling, lubrication, vibration/thermal analysis, RCA
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CMMS, and CAD
  • Excellent communication + team-oriented mindset
