At Brew Crew, we own and operate 10 Scooter’s Coffee locations across South central Kansas. We’re all about great coffee, hard work, and positive energy.
We’re looking for an Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Technician/Manager to keep our shops running smoothly and our equipment in top shape. You’ll report to Brew Crew ownership and work closely with our store teams.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be our go-to for keeping equipment and facilities safe, clean, and working right.
Main tasks include:
- Maintain and repair espresso machines (Franke certification provided)
- Maintain and repair Merry Chef ovens (Merry Chef certification provided)
- General handyman work and equipment repair
- Support renovations, installations and new store setups
- Keep records of work orders and repairs
- Travel up to one week per month and as needed for emergencies. Travel may include occasional overnight stays and may require travel to company locations within 2 hours of Wichita.
- Check in daily with ownership for assignments (M–F)
What You’ll Bring/ Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience
- Experience working on equipment or machinery
- Valid driver’s license, driving record with no major traffic violations, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working occasional evenings/weekends
- Able to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Basic tools (we’ll provide any specialty ones)
- Reliable and positive, self-starting attitude
- Background check required
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Franke machines (or open to obtaining certification - company provided)
- Familiarity with refrigeration and/or HVAC systems
- Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge
