Maintenance Manager - 1st Shift

Responsibilities: Provide a safe and compliant workplace not only within the department but also by participating in the safety activities of the site Ensure hands on support of trouble shooting and repair of equipment Promote and develop the skills of direct reports Lead a staff of technicians to include hiring, performance management, termination, skills development, and other related people management requirements Plan and schedule of work for direct reports Performance and improvement of existing maintenance programs including: preventive maintenance activities vibration analysis program lubrication analysis program ultrasonic program KPI generation and improvement over time Maintain maintenance software package, Asset Essentials Schedule, coordinate, and oversight of contract work MRO research, planning and requisition Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent. The maintenance department is expected to support production efforts by providing equipment with a high degree of reliability and up time.
