Job Description

·         Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations across the facility

·         Provide senior-level leadership to the maintenance department and direct maintenance planning initiatives

·         Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime

·         Establish and track advanced maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement

·         Address unplanned downtime and strategically plan maintenance outages to minimize production disruption

·         Maintain and manage capital expenditure (capex) projects from inception through completion

·         Monitor the condition of all corporate facilities, grounds, and equipment through regular inspections

Key Requirements 

·                     Hands-on experience with multi-craft maintenance disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulics

·                     Demonstrated leadership ability

·                     Strong background in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
