MAINTENANCE MACHINIST - FOSTORIA, OH

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Maintenance Machinist for a manufacturing company in Fostoria, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts and components using manual lathes, mills, drills, and other shop equipment
• Support maintenance and production teams by troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
• Perform precision measurements and ensure parts meet specifications
• Repair or machine replacement parts to minimize equipment downtime
• Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and develop practical solutions

Requirements:

Previous machinist or maintenance machinist experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Experience operating manual lathes, mills, and other machine shop equipment

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with industrial machinery and maintenance practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
